Mr. Andrew Clayton Mullis, age 18, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at Hospice of Union County.

Funeral services to celebrate his life will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 16, 2017, at the Davis Funeral Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112, officiated by Reverend Dallas Pressley. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park Cemetery.

Andrew was born on May 21, 1999, in Union County, a son of Melisa Mullis Ross. He was a student at Monroe High School and worked at Mayfair Seafood Restaurant.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather William “Bud” Clayton Mullis.

Survivors include his mother Melisa Ross of Monroe, NC; his brother Aaron Elijah Ross of Monroe, NC; his sisters Megan Danielle Ross and Alexis Joselyna Mullis both of Monroe, NC; and his grandmother Patricia Medlin Mullis of Monroe, NC.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday night, December 15, 2017 at Davis Funeral Home.
