Mrs. Marilyn Hilton Tucker, age 69, of Marshville, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017, at Harris Hospice Novant Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Graveside funeral services to celebrate her life will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery, 5709 Philadelphia Church Road, Marshville, NC 28103, officiated by Reverend Caroll Anthony and Reverend Mel Winstead.

Mrs. Tucker was born on July 9, 1947, in Union County, North Carolina, a daughter of the late William Vann Hilton and the late Virgie Pope Hilton.  She was an administrative assistant at BB&T formerly UCB with many years of dedicated service.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson Ryan Hill.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Richard Kenneth Tucker of Marshville, NC; her son Chris Tucker and wife Shirleen Tucker of Marshville, NC; her daughter Dana T. Price and husband Chad Price of Marshville, NC; her four grandchildren Dwayne Tucker and wife Kenzie Tucker, Samantha Price, Skylar Price and Tucker Price all of  Marshville, NC; her great granddaughter Raelynn Tucker of Marshville, NC; her sisters Judy Woody and husband Ted Woody of Matthews, NC and Carol Ross and husband David Ross of Marshville, NC; and her brother Barry Hilton of Marshville, NC.

The family will receive friends Monday evening, June 19, 2017, from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, at Davis Funeral Home, 1003 East Franklin Street in Monroe.
