I am so sorry to hear Ray has passed. I only found out today while trying to contact Ray and Joanne to let them know my father Louis, their dear friend, had passed away this week. I'm sure Ray was waiting to greet dad with a smile and one of his wonderful hugs. All my love, Patty

as a fellow skilled tradesmen at General Motors/American axle
When I moved To North Carolina 10 years ago he was one of the reasons that I picked this area..

Our deepest and sincerest condolences to the family. Words alone can not ease the pain when grieving the loss of a love one. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". May God give you and your family comfort in your loving memories and in His promise that soon we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they resurrected as per John 5:28-29. May these words give you a new hope, with deepest sympathy and warmth of heart.

We will miss our old, unfiltered, straight-talking buddie!!! I always saw Mr. Ray as a man's man with his humor, generosity, and gregariousness. A guy who loved his family, had sensitivity, and could be a little edgy. Ray was a living example of the old guys I saw as a kid growing up. He was really good to me and my family always speaking to us, making us laugh, and helping us out often anonymously. Ray will be greatly missed! But he will always live on and not soon be forgotten. We will always talk about old Mr. Ray with a smile or a memory about something he did (laugh). My God keep you all and always cherish to best times.

Our Love and Prayers to you all. - Peter, Pauline and Mckinnzey

You brought smiles to our faces, laughter to our hearts and opened your door to all. These past few years getting to know you better and spending time with you have been the best years of my life here in Brantley Oaks. You left us all too soon, but we all know that everything happens at the that time God chooses. I'm still crabbing at you for leaving your family and friends too soon, but the Lord needed your smile up with Him. Until we meet again my dear friend. The Captain sends you a BIG hug! XOXOXOXOXO
