Mr. Ron “Rossi” Wilkins, age 62, of Heath Springs, South Carolina, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Monday, July 17, 2017, at his residence.

Memorial services to celebrate his life will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Beacon Baptist Church, 1982 Evans Drive, Lancaster, SC, 29720, officiated by Preacher Doug Pate and Preacher James Benware. A reception will follow after the memorial service.

Ron was born on February 20, 1955, in Surry County, North Carolina, a son of the late Climon E. Wilkins and the late Lucy Alma Doss. He was a retired truck driver and also a retired WCW pro-wrestler by name “ Ron Rossi”.

He wrestled with the some greats such as, Ric Flair, Jimmy Valient, Ivan Koloff, Dusty Rhodes, Rock ‘n’ Roll Express, Nikita Koloff, Darrell “Wildman” Woodiwiss, Wahoo McDaniel, Midnight Express, Rowdy Roddie Piper, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage and Hacksaw Jim Duggan.

Survivors include his companion Judy Hunter of the home; his son Lane Wilkins of Thurmond, NC; his three daughters Amber Pylant of Polkton, NC, Heather Wilkins of Monroe, NC and Holly Wilkins of Lancaster, SC; and his seven grandchildren.
