Mrs. Tony Eason Williams, age 62, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at her residence.

A Graveside Funeral Service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at Lakeland Memorial Park.

Mrs. Williams was born on April 12, 1955, in Union County, North Carolina, a daughter of the late Lloyd Eason and Bessie Pope Eason.  She was a Retired Registered Nurse with Carolinas Healthcare System – Union.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Rita Eason Simpson.

Survivors include her husband, James A. Williams, II, of the home; two sons, James A. Williams, III, of the home, Charles Williams and wife, Heather, of Monroe; two daughters, Laura Laire and husband, Todd, of Weddington, and Crystal O’Neal of Monroe.  There are twelve grandchildren, Christopher O’Neal, Ryan O’Neal, Abigail O’Neal, Rebekah O’Neal, Liam O’Neal, Emma O’Neal, Ethan Williams, Adam Williams, Sean Williams, Amber Williams, Tristan Laire, and Skylah Laire.

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 13, 2017, from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home at 1003 East Franklin Street in Monroe.
