Mr. William Arlin (Bud) Mosley, age 94 , of Waxhaw, North Carolina, passed away Friday, June 16, 2017, at the McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe, North Carolina.

Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Bud Mosley will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, June 19, 2017, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 5300 Nesbit Road, Waxhaw, North Carolina 28173, officiated by Reverend Renee Easter.

Interment will follow at Walkersville Presbyterian Church Cemetery with military honors.

Mr. Mosley was born on April 4, 1923, in Union County, North Carolina, a son of the late William Ervin Mosley and the late Selma McBride Mosley. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret M. Melton and Thomasine "Tommy" M. Thompson.

Mr. Mosley was a farmer and carpenter and a US Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Irene Knight Mosley of Waxhaw; his son, William Michael Mosley and wife Mary Mosley of Waxhaw; his two daughters, Margaret Marie Hill and husband Roger Hill of Monroe, and Teresa Anne (Terry) Eubank and husband Michael Eubank of Waxhaw; his brother, Robert Keith Mosley of Houston, Texas; his sisters, Sue Brantley and husband Gene Brantley of Monroe and Ajean Broome of Monroe; his nine grandchildren Carey Mosley, Amy Mosley, Dana Broome, Chris Baucom, Josh Baucom, Dana Hill, Andy Hill, Jason Eubank and Kacie Faulkenberry; and his fifteen great grandchildren Blake Broome, Jac Holsten, Will Mosley Madelyn Baucom, Miles Baucom, Pierce Baucom, Korbynne Hill, Jordan Hill, Jacob Eubank, Shelby Eubank, Alexis Underwood, Hailey Underwood, Kensley Faulkenberry, Brice Faulkenberry and Mosley Faulkenberry.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM Sunday, June 18, 2017, at Davis Funeral Home in Monroe, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112.
