So sorry to hear of Mrs. Deese's passing. She was a very nice lady and always spoke to me at Turner when we were down visiting family (Dorothy Starnes and Evelyn Howell). Just saw her on June 11th. She was a kind soul. I will miss seeing her at Turner. She will be missed by many. May the Lord be with her family at this sad time.

So very sorry to learn of Higa's death. Just enjoyed a meal with her at our last classmate luncheon at Mac's . We joked about the upcoming 90th birthday. She looked so you. I know this is a great loss for Fred and the family. Our hearts go out to all of you. She was a sweet friend and always smiling. Praying for Fred and the family. Our loss is Heaven's gain.
