Carmen Hefner Helms

Mrs. Carmen Hefner Helms, age 56, of Monroe, NC, passed away Friday, February 14, 2020, at her residence. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, February 17, 2020 in the Dogwood Room of Davis Funeral Service, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC, 28112. 

Funeral Services for Carmen will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 3:00 PM, in Davis Funeral Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112, officiated by Dr. Terry W. Preslar

Carmen was born December 19, 1963, in York Co., South Carolina, a daughter of Margaret Simpson Hefner and the late James Carmen Hefner Jr. 

In addition to her mother, Carmen is survived by her husband, Randy Helms, her children; Nicholas Helms, Tyler Hefner, Miranda Hefner, and Andrew Walsh; two brothers, Carman James Hefner and Phillip Aaron Hefner and wife Crystal Laney Hefner.

Carmen was preceded in death by her father, her brother Eric, and her sister Lena.
