Larry Wayne Teeter

Mr. Larry W. Teeter, 75 passed away at Novant Hospital in Matthews on September the 17th, 2022.  He was born in Charlotte to the late L.W. and Marie Deese Teeter.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Donnie Teeter and his sister Ann Roberts. He was a veteran of the USAF where he served in Vietnam.  Following his service he began his career as a truck driver and saw 48 of the 50 states that make up the country he honorably served.

Memorial Services will be at 11am on Saturday the 8th of October in the Chapel of Davis Funeral Service, Inc. of Monroe.  The family will greet friends 1 hour prior to the service.  Private interment with Military Honors will follow after the service.

He is survived by his wife Judy Teeter of the home.  His two daughters: Christine Osborne of Waxhaw, NC and Stephanie Kohler of Bonneau, SC.  Two step-daughters: Kelly Strawn of Pageland, and Gail Holmes of Gastonia.  One sister Carol Teeter Bensing of Myrtle Beach, SC.  Grandchildren:Tim, Patrick, Kayla, Levi, Michael, Brayden, Hailey, and Emily.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorials may be made to the Veterans association of the donor’s choice.
